The concept of ‘Teen Talk’ was introduced as part of the morning assemblies to strengthen & help the students tackle challenges in daily life and make them more aware on topics such as self-esteem, time management, etc. This is to be held weekly on every Tuesday. The first teen talk was delivered by Balachandra Routhu, a student of class-XIIA. He spoke on the topic of self-esteem to an audience comprising of students from all sections – Primary, Middle and Senior section. He spoke on about high & low self esteem and what it meant. He stated various reasons for low self-esteem & methods to tackle low self-esteem. Finally a very important question was raised – “Are we living in line with our own highest values?” It was a very informative talk which gave an insight to the students to lead a happier life.
