Introduction
The Ryan philosophy that “Every Ryanite is a king or queen in the making” is executed by nurturing talent in any form among the students. Thus overall personality development and growth are promoted among the students. The school provides a ready platform to discover and develop talents in academics, art, music, dance and media by appropriately collaborating with the best of organizations in the concerned field and promote the talent in students to make them more confident and help them build their future effectively.
The school has always tried to be innovative in its teaching methodologies and given the students opportunities to experiment, explore and discover their innate talents and skills. The students are given onus of managing tasks, interacting with people, organize programs and manage time between academic and non academic activities. In short the students are prepared to handle the challenging times in future and excel in the same with the confidence and skills built during school years as Francois Rabelais would say: A child is not a vase to be filled but a fire to be lit.
The school timings are very feasible for the working parents. The school offers French language option, Media Studies (ICEFLEX) and the usage of Thin Clients in the secondary section has made a great impact in the learning and teaching process. Students are motivated to participate in all important competitive exams like Olympiad, NSTSE and IPM that are offered at the school itself. The academic calendar has a good variety of activities and competitions for students to participate and understand their skills.
