Overview
Introduction
Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj was established in the year 1991 with an aim to provide ‘Excellence in Education and ‘All round Development’. Today we stand strong, as a branch of a total of 128 schools spread across the country and abroad influencing more than 2 lakhs students having entered the Limca Book of Records for participation in their program “Education through the Lens”.
The progressive environment at Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj, is an amalgamation of Academics, Theatre, Art, Debating, Scientific Engineering, Cricket, Roller Hockey, Swimming, Boxing, Tennis Community Interaction and Social Sensitization. “Transformation Project, Mahipalpur”, is a field where our students are groomed to touch reality and to stand up to assist others.
These myriad of activities are possible because it is the ‘Love for Learning’ that drives each endeavour that a Ryanite sets upon. All this is also reflected in the class XII board results. In the year 2011-12, the school excelled with a number of students scoring 90% above and many of our students have also qualified for various entrance examinations like IIT, Maulana Azad Medical College, , Lady Sri Ram College, and SRCC. Even at the Class X level, RISVK had 20 students who scored a ‘Perfect 10’ CGPA. The Astronomy Club of our school got a feather in its cap when four students discovered an Asteroid. Celebrities from NASA Dr Robert Nemiroff and Ms Heather Paul (Space Suit Designer) have visited our school guiding our students on various issues. The 1st Inter School Space Fair was also organized.

Through our institutions, we will cultivate all round development of qualities in a student through excellence in education that shall foster academics, understanding, brilliance, spiritual well-being, physical development, psychological strengths, resourcefulness and creative skills, social responsibility and concern for one's environment. Ryan Group has more than 125 institutions spread across the country and abroad. We are also working towards setting up our own Universities to continue the excellence in education that we are known for.

- A student with knowledge, attitude, skills, social and moral values which enhances their personality development, physical and psycho-social capabilities which are effectively achieved through professional coaching in sports, creative and personality enhancement activities.
- The delivery of curriculum by incorporating activities based on the Multiple Intelligences theory of Howard Gardner, professor at Harvard University that leads to literacy, inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking.
