As, it is getting hotter, Let’s go deep under water These were the exact thoughts in the mind of each student of class I and II who participated in a painting competition organised by Hindustan Times – Pace ‘ Newspaper in education’ with the theme ‘Life under water’. The event was organised on 21 Mar 2013 at the open air Amphitheatre. It was indeed a pleasure to watch the budding painters and artists at their creative best. There was a wide array of mermaids, sea horses, oysters and octopuses which soon adorned the blank sheets. The enthusiastic zeal of these tender but imaginative minds made the competition a huge success. After the competition, the winners were declared and suitably rewarded. Last but not the least all the masterpieces were displayed which made the classrooms glow with blend and hue of colours.
