Workshop on TeamBuilding – Together Everyone Achieves More
A workshop on Team Building was conducted for psychology students of class-XI and XII on 20-10-2014 in AV Room, keeping in mind our Chairman Sir’s vision point ‘Leadership’. It started with showing video on team building and singing a song together. Students were given characteristics of team in groups. They evolved with their creative ideas about the characteristic of team work in the form of art. They made one minute presentation of their complete work. The students were enthusiastic and it was impressive to see student’s creative ideas on what according to them is team work. The workshop ended up with games an team building such as ‘zig-zag’ and ‘air turn’.
