Food Bucket Challenge

fbc The school took up the food bucket challenge to help the poor and the needy. It aimed to mobilize over one million kg of food (mainly cereals like wheat flour/gain, rice, sugar and other food items like frooty.) to be distributed to various orphanages and NGO’s. Mrs. Grace Pinto, MD Ryan International group of institution said that the initiative has been started to bring to the light the fact that if we work collectively, we can make a big difference to the lives of many.” Through this challenge the school wants the students to become agents of change and reform the society in all the possible ways. Through this initiative, Ryan group of institution pledged to reach out to 1.5 million orphanages across the country and serve the underprivileged. The trucks loaded with food items were flagged off by Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto to reach: Mother Teresa Missionaries of charity, New Delhi; Anandashram, Gurgaon; Zion Social Welfare Society, New Delhi and Holy Family Asha Niwas Social Service Centre, New Delhi.
