The U-16 Boys Football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad  participated in the 1^st U.P. STATE Football Championship which was organizedby School Sports Promotion Foundation at Surevin International School, Niwari, Modinagar, Ghaiziabad from 12^thto 14^th of January 2018. There were 6 teams who participated enthusiastically in the tournament and showcased their team spirit. The footballers of Ryan GZB exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and emerged as the winners. The winners brought laurels to the school by securing the FIRST position in the tournament. The Ryanites were felicitated with medals, a football and the much coveted team trophy which is indeed an honour for the school. Six students, Shrey Chaudhary of IX E, Adeel Mirza of VIII A, Naman Kaushik of IX C, Saurabh Nagar of VIII B, Anurag Tomar of VII B and VanshPundir of VIII B were also selected for the National level tournament. The school Principal congratulated and felicitated the players.
