REGIONAL CBSE SCIENCE EXHIBITION, 2016

science exhibition The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been taking many initiatives to provide interactive, participatory, hands-on, innovative and creative learning experiences to students studying in its affiliated schools. One such initiative refers to the organization of Science Exhibition at Regional and National levels every year. The activity aims at providing a common platform to schools, teachers and students to give shape to theirinnovative ideas and learn from each other’s experiences. These exhibitions also provide a medium for popularizing Science and increasing awareness among stakeholders about the close relationship between Science, Technology and Society. Ryanites of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad, participated in Regional CBSE Science Exhibition hosted by Uttam School for Girls, Ghaziabad from 15th to 17th December, 2016. A total of 90 schools participated with 156 exhibits. The Theme of the exhibition was Science, Technology and Mathematics for Nation Building. Dhruv Verma and Revant Sharma of Class XI-A made Eco- Cruiser based upon the Sub Theme- Transport and Communication. Their Exhibit was selected for the National Level Science Exhibition.
