Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the Inter Ryan Football Tournament from 4th to 6th of August 2016 in the school premises, in order to inculcate the team spirit and sportsmanship among the students ,as per the enriching guidance of the Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of the teams from sister branches in which U-14 and U-19 boys and girls teams showcased their sports skills. All the teams put in their monumental efforts exhibiting their team spirit, time management and togetherness to win the competition. In the U-14 Boys category Ryan, Vasant kunj secured the winners trophy and Ryan, Ghaziabad was the runner-up. The under-14 Girls team of Greater Noida stood first whereas Ryan, Ghaziabad secured the runner up position. In the U- 19 Boys category, Ryan, Vasant kunj bagged the first place whereas Ryan, Greater Noida won the runner up position. The U-19 girls team of Ryan, Greater Noida bagged the first place and Ryan, Ghaziabad secured the runner up position. It was an endeavour to promote elite football talents and train players right from the young age by instilling fundamental skills of football and love for the game through team spirit. It was a great day for the Ryanites.
