1) RYAN ZESTE MUN’17

The Ryan Zeste MUN’17 Conference was organized by Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar on 18th and 19th May, 2017.The Conference opened various opportunities for delegates to discuss and debate and to find solutions for various global issues. The Model UN Conference prepared students to become global ambassadors, carrying the message of peace, brotherhood and unity. The Ryanites, Tushar Sangwan of XII for Special mention, Gaurav Mallik of XI for Special mention and Pratham Garg of XI for Best newcomer, won laurels for their good performance.

2) All India HOPE Talent contest

The students of classes I to X participated in the 15^th All India HOPE Talent contest organized by Schools India. The students participated in Essay writing and Art and exhibited their creativity. The Ryanites bagged several prizes and brought laurels to the school. Divyansh Choudhary of III F secured second position and received Gold Medal and cash prize of Rs. 500/-, Ishika Mishra of XI B stood third and received Gold Medal and cash prize of Rs. 200/-, Palak Gupta of II C received Gold Medal and cash prize of Rs. 100/-, Kanishka Trivedi of VII C received Gold medal and cash prize of Rs. 100/-, Aadrika Singh of IV D, Anamika Tyagi of II D, Ananya Sharma of VI D, Manvi Dinkar of VIII G, Jhalak Gupta of X F bagged Silver Medal whereas Abia Siddiqui of II D, Shreya Pathak of II C, Ahsaas Arneja of III B, Ayaan Sinha of I D, Rishita Jha of VI D and Vrinda Singhal of X F bagged Bronze Medal.

3) WINNERS OF IOS OLYMPIAD

It is a proud moment for the school as the students have brought laurels and accolades to school by winning medals in the International Olympiad of Science which was conducted in the school premises. RITVIK GOEL of class VI cleared LEVEL I and bagged 4TH POSITION IN STATE at LEVEL 2 which is a great achievement for the school. The other winners are RITVIK GOEL of VI, YASH CHAUBEY of VII, OM VERMA of VIII and TUSHAR SHARMA of IX won Gold medal, HARSHADA CHANDEL of VI, BHAGYA SAMEER of VII and SALONI TYAGI of IX won Silver medal whereas ANANYA GUPTA of VI and KAUSTUBH VERMA of VII bagged Bronze medal.

4) Winner of Fintoons

A group of 21 Ryanites had participated in the 14^th International Youth Convention on Commerce and Economics hosted by CMS, Lucknow from 28^th to 31^st of October 2017. The gala event comprised of debate, Ad-venture, Fintoons, Mime, Business plans, Corporate speech and many more activities and competitions for initiating awareness among students about economic growth and corporate social responsibility. Yash Srivastava of class XI C brought laurels to the school by securing the consolation prize in Fintoons which indeed is a great achievement as the event witnessed a participation of 78 schools from India and abroad.

5) FELICITATION OF XII TOPPERS

IPEM, Ghaziabad Organized a “Felicitation Ceremony” for the Meritorious Students of Class XII from Schools across Delhi/NCR on 16th of June 2017 in its endeavor to nurture young talent and recognize the hard work of the students. 14 Ryanites among nearly 200 students, from various schools across Delhi/NCR region securing 85% and above in their Class XII Board Examinations, were awarded merit certificates and gifts for their commendable performance in the Board Exams.

6) Ryan Talent Search Examination

The Ryanites of classes I to VIII participated in the RTSE(Ryan Talent Search Examination) which was an endeavour to update them with the current affairs and develop the general knowledge among the Ryanites. The selected students appeared for the final round which was conducted at Ryan International School, Rohini, on 30th of January 2016. Amogh Harsh of class VIII secured the first position, Ritivik Goel of class V bagged the third place whereas Avnin kashyap of class IV secured the first position. It was indeed a matter of great pride for the school.

7) RYANITES WIN INSPIRE AWARD

  In order to seed and experience the joy of innovation ,every year two lakh children in the age-group of 10 to 15 years i.e., 6th to 10th standards are being identified for the INSPIRE Award. It is a matter of great pride for Ryan International School, Ghaziabad that Dhruv Verma of class IX and Sumit Singh of Class X have been selected for an INSPIRE (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) Award of Rs. 5000/- for the year 2014-15 for the preparation of Science Project/ Model and have been selected to participate in the District Level Exhibition and Project.

8) MATH- O- MANIA

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in Inter School Competition, Math- O- Mania and made a mark by winning I prize in Sudoku.

9) SANSKRIT WEEK ORGANISED BY C.B.S.E

  Mst. Anshul Saxena brought laurels to the school by bagging III position in poetry writing competition in Sanskrit week organised by C.B.S.E.

10) EDUHEAL FOUNDATION INTERACTIVE OLYMPIAD

  The Ryanites participated in the Eduheal Science, Maths and English second level online examination which was conducted on 10th February, 2015. Rishabh Gupta of class XII bagged the GOLD MEDAL and cleared for the III level for National Interactive Science Olympiad which is indeed a proud achievement for Ryan, Gzb.

11) The innovative inventor

                  Dhruv Verma of class XII B participated in 44^th Jawaharlal Nehru National Science Mathematics and Environmental Exhibition 2017, held at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh from 10^th to 16^th November 2017. The young genius prepared a project -Eco-Cruiser that won accolades and appreciation from the intelligentsia and the media for his outstanding project. The exhibition witnessed a gala participation of around 142 exhibits by the students from 29 states and 9 Union Territories and a gathering of around 60000 visitors appreciated the exhibits and encouraged the students with their presence. The exhibition inaugurated by the honorable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Mr. Shivraj Singh Chauhan was graced by the eminent scientists and politicians from across the country. Dhruv’s project Eco-Cruiser is a bicycle which works as an air purifier, as the rider pedals, the dynamo attached to the front wheel produces 12 to 25V energy. A transformer amplifies the voltage of the current and supplies power to the electrostatic precipitator attached to the handle of the bicycle, which cleans the air. The purified air reaches the rider through a tube and a mask. It is apt for the people who commute in the areas near coal mines and cement factories. It can also be used in the Smog affected areas. This project was first displayed at the Regional level CBSE Science exhibition 2016-17 where it got selected for the National level CBSE Science Exhibition 2016-17 held at N C Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. The project was selected amongst the top 10 innovative models out of 325 models on display from different parts of the country, which was itself a glorious achievement. It is indeed a matter of pride for the school that the project got a chance to be showcased at this Prestigious 44^th JNNSMEE. The School Principal lauded the achievement and felicitated him in the school assembly. According to Dhruv, It was a great, once in a lifetime experience which has given wings to his dream of becoming an inventor and a researcher.  It was also an enriching experience as the expert lectures by researchers and astronomers added to the confidence level of the participants. He added that it was a gala platform to discuss and interact with the students from across the nation.  

12) RYAN MODEL UNITED NATIONS

  Miss Simran Sharma of class XII was selected as the vice chairperson of the committee "UN Women" in Ryan Model United Nations organised by Ryan International School, Sohna Road Gurgaon.

13) Ryanites won UPSTSE Scholarship

The Ryanites had participated in the UPSTSE(Uttar Pradesh Science Talent Search Examination) conducted by Uttar Pradesh Council for Science and Technology(UPCST) on 28th of May 2017. It was an online exam conducted by ION Digital Zone (Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology and R.D. Engineering college, Duhai). The syllabus covered the full year syllabus of Science and Mathematics of class 10th. Harsh Chaudhary of class XI-B and Rishabh Verma of class XI-A secured the scholarship of 2000/- per month starting from the month of August. It is indeed a proud achievement for the school. The school Principal congratulated and felicitated the winners in the school assembly.

14) Winner of Ad-Venture

The Ryanites participated in the 11th Annual Tech Contest `Technovation‘ - organized by Delhi Public School Ghaziabad, Vasundhara on 05th of August 2017. The event was marked by Inter-School Competition in which there were students from 26 different schools who participated in various events like – Make a Toon, Insight, Ad-Venture and E-Kriti. Abhinay Pandey of X A secured the first position in the event Ad-Venture in which he designed an advertisement of 1.30 min on Ethical Hacking. The Ryanite was felicitated with a certificate of appreciation and a Pen drive. The school Principal lauded his achievement.

15) SILVER ZONE INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE OLYMPIAD

  The Ryanites had participated in SILVER ZONE INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE OLYMPIAD(IOS) IN 2014. Utkarsh Kartikey of class X secured the first position in State and fourth position at the International Level and won the certificate and a watch as a Prize .

16) Vedic Maths Champions

  Ananya Arora of class IX B and Vedansh Arora of VII F participated in Vedic Maths championship which was held at A- one centre for creative education in Ghaziabad. There were 250 students who appeared for the exam which was based upon the ability for solving 100 questions in 10 minutes. Ananya brought laurels to the school by getting the first position securing the champions Trophy and Vedansh secured third position. The school Principal congratulated them for their success.

17) Winners of CBSE Science Exhibition

Dhruv Verma and Revant Sharma of class 11th B of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the National Level 2016-17 organized by CBSE which was held at N.C Jindal Public School Punjabi Bagh, Delhi from 8th to 10th February 2017. The theme of the exhibition was `Science technology and Mathematics for Nation Building’ whereas the Sub-theme of the project was `Innovation for Sustainable Environment’. 413 students from different schools of the country showcased their projects and models in the National Level Science exhibition. The Ryanites designed an Eco Cruiser, a bicycle with electrostatic precipitator using fly back transformer which increases the voltage to considerable potential difference. The air containing dust and pollutants that comes in the precipitator is converted to clean air instantly, the idea is best suited to the people who commute near the coal or other mines where air is highly polluted with SPM (suspended particulate matter) which has various health hazards. Dhruv Verma and Revant Sharma brought laurels to school as their project was selected at the National Level, they received certificate of merit for their outstanding performance with a cash prize of 3000 rupees. They were felicitated by professor Dr. C.Raj Kumar, Founding Vice-Chancellor, O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana.      

18) Excellence in the field of science & technology

MS. Gnanshree Dave Std IX, participated in INSPIRE Award conducted by Government of India Department of Scicence and Technolgy.  She is selected for the state level among the 100 participants in the Senior Group. Prize : Trophy, 20 Books on Science and Technology, Certificate. Project Topc: Alternative Use of Tetra Pack.

19) Accolades for Ryan, Ghaziabad

The Eduheal Foundation and Bombay Stock Exchange Institute organized BIFO 3rd Level and the Prize Distribution Ceremony on 7th of April 2017 to felicitate the awardees of Eduheal Foundation Olympiads including the 5th BIFO-BSE International Finance Olympiad. In the glittering ceremony at International Convention Centre, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. in Mumbai, 15 principals and 37 school coordinators from different schools all over India were felicitated for their long term association of schools and for coordinating Olympiads in their schools. The event was graced by an applauding gathering of 700 people who witnessed the Award ceremony. The school Principal was conferred upon the prestigious 5th BIFO National Education Award– 2017 which carried a memento and a cash award given by the chief guest Father Mani Fathon, Secretary- CBCI. Ms. Shalini Singh (PRT) was also awarded the 5th BIFO National Education Award– 2017 for ‘Coordinator Teacher’ category which carried a memento and a cash award. It was indeed a proud achievement for the school.

20) WINNERS OF MATHS OLYMPIAD

The Ryanites had participated in the 9th International Mathematics Olympiad Organized by Science Olympiad foundation in December 2015 as an endeavour to foster mathematical and analytical skills among the students. The Ryanites exhibited their knowledge and won accolades for the school by bagging 10 gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze medals and certificates. It was the great achievement for the school.

21) Young Future Scientists

Science Olympiad Foundation exams were held in 14 countries across Asia with around 20 lakhs participants. Out of which 4 students from Maharashtra secured the 1ST International rank, of which 3 were from Mumbai. Our Winners of Cambridge School Kandivali - (East): 1. Mst. Samarjeet Sahoo –International Rank 1 in 11th National Cyber Olympiad 2. Mst. Samarjeet Sahoo –State Rank 2 in 14th National Science Olympiad 3. Mst. Shreshth Geevith – State Rank 2 in 11th National Cyber Olympiad 4. Mst. Meet Parag Agarwat - State Rank 3 in 11th National Cyber  Olympiad.

22) Unified Cyber Olympiad All India Rank

Mst. Meet Agrawat has achieved ALL INDIA RANK: 2ND, in the Unified Cyber Olympiad [UCO] conducted in 13 countries in which more than 5.5 million students appeared. He was felicitated at Hyderabad by the Honourable Union Minister of the state for Human Resources Development, Govt. of India, Mrs. D. Purandeswari * Netbook  Laptop * Gold  Medal * A  Memento * Educational  C Ds * IIT  Books.

23) Winners of National Science Olympiad

The Ryanites participated in the 18th National Science Olympiad organized by SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) in November 2015. The Ryanites exhibited their knowledge and awareness of science and won accolades for the school by bagging 4 gold medals and certificates. Anikaa Bhardwaj of class III, Ritwik Goel of class V, Amogh Harsh of class VIII and Utkarsh Sharma of class X won the gold medals and added to the proud achievements of Ryan Ghaziabad.

The Ryanites participated in the 18th National Science Olympiad organized by SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) in November 2015. 24) C.B.S.E. SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Mst. Dhruv Verma & Dhruv Singh brought laurels to the school as their model on bio gas plant was selected for the national level  in CBSE Science Exhibition held at Kothari International School, Noida.

29) Ryanites at IYCCE-2015

A group of nine Ryanites from classes IX to XII participated in the 3rd International Youth Convention on Commerce and Economics–2015, held from 6th to 9th of November 2015 at City Montessori School, Lucknow. The gala event witnessed the participation of 56 teams from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka participated in the event. The convention included competitions and seminars devoted about commerce and economics . The students participated in various events . It was a proud moment for the school when Tanmay Vikram of class X and Ujjwal Rastogi of class IX won the consolation prize in Sci-tools for the working model on ‘Innovation in agriculture’. They were felicitated with medals and certificates.

30) Heartiest Congratulations for stupendous class XII result !!

The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad excelled in their class XII board exams (2016-17) and proved their mettle by giving 100% result . The school topper Sumit Singh scored whopping 97.8% in Science (PCB) stream with a perfect 100 in Biology whereas Megha Bhardwaj scored 97% (PCB) and secured perfect 100 in Psychology and Biology. The Humanities topper Rashi Soam scored 95.4% to become the third topper whereas Manya Mittal topped the Commerce Stream by scoring 94.6%. A total of 130 students appeared and got 430 distinctions in different subjects. The Chairman Dr Augustine F Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto of Ryan Group of Institutions thanked Lord Almighty and congratulated the principal, headmistress, teachers, parents and students for the stupendous performance.

31) INFOYAGE – 2015

The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in INFOYAGE-2015 organized by Cambridge School, Indirapuram which witnessed a participation of 20 schools of Delhi NCR. The event was marked by a plethora of competitions in which the Ryanites exhibited their enthusiasm and creative talents. Kush Sharma of class VI E and Abhishree Pradan of class VI C secured the second position in PowerPoint presentation competition which was indeed a proud achievement for Ryan Ghaziabad.

Unified Council organised NSTSE for the session 2016-17 on 24th January, 2017 in the school premises in which 111 students participated in the exam. 12 students brought laurels to the school by securing Gold medals who were felicitated with certificates and medals. KUNAL LOHDI of VI G, OJAS RAGHAV of VIII C, SHIVAM DAN of IX D, TANYA RAWAL of X F, RISHABH JAIN of XI A, PRATEEK GOEL of XII A were declared as Class Toppers, SAUMYA TYAGI of VIII G, MANAV SAXENA of X F, RISHABH VERMA of XI A, ARCHIT GUPTA of XII A were announced as Class second Toppers. KUMAR DEVESH of XII B was the City Topper.

2) RYANITES WIN PRIZES AT KACHARA SAMADHAN MAHOTSAVA

The students of Ryan International School Ghaziabad participated in plethora of competitions organized by the Ghaziabad District administration as part of the ‘Kachara Samadhan Mahotsava – 2018 ‘a first of its kind on 22^nd and 23^rd April 2018, at the Kavinagar Ramleela ground, Ghaziabad. This two days event was successfully organized under the able guidance of the DM Ghaziabad Ms. Ritu Maheshwari to sensitize the young students and the people about the importance of waste recycling and management. The gala event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Retd Gen.  V K Singh – Union Minister of State for External Affairs, with the lightening of the lamp ceremony and witnessed a vibrant display of beautiful models prepared from waste material. There were stalls set up by the educational institutions, NGO’s, RWA’s and Govt. departments showcasing the best out of waste Art Installations exhibiting their innovation and creativity, science working models using waste material (Kabbad se jugaad), and waste management techniques. The Ryanites participated in Collage making, poster making, science models /exhibits using waste material, eco melody –creating music using junk instruments and also set up a school stall where they exhibited their innovation and creativity using waste material. They received several prizes and brought laurels to the school. The Ryanites bagged the 1^st prize in Kabaad se Jugaad and 2^nd prize in Nukkad natak whereas the Stall set up by our school won accolades and secured the Second position in the exhibition which is indeed a proud achievement. The children also enjoyed learning about the transformation of garbage in the workshop conducted by the sculptor Mr Tejendra Singh who taught about making beautiful art pieces using newspaper.  The gala event included exhibitions, presentations, and other community awareness programmes making the people aware about the proper waste disposal and turning the waste into useful products. The grand finale was marked by the rock band performance; eco melody, chair dance and the prize distribution ceremony. The Hon’ble Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Retd. Gen. V.K. Singh and Ms. Ritu Maheshwari DM Ghaziabad awarded the certificates to the winners and shared their words of appreciation and encouragement. The principal appreciated the teachers and students for their sincere efforts in the domain of waste management.

3) WINNERS OF ON THE SPOT PAINTING COMPETITION

The Ryanites had participated in On the spot painting competition organized by Rotary Ghaziabad North on 22nd of November 2015. There were 1600 participants from 100 schools of Delhi NCR. The Ryanites brought laurels to the school by securing several prizes. Mantsha Riyaz of class X secured the first prize in the age group 12-13 years, Vani Singhal of class VII bagged the third prize in the age group 11-12 years, Lakshit Handa of class V and Nandini Gupta of class X secured the consolation prize respectively.  

4) NCC CAMP

    The main aim of National Cadet Corps is to groom the youth of the country into disciplined, responsible and patriotic citizens and a NCC camp was organized by Savitribai Phule Balika Inter School, Greater Noida from 3rd to 12th of November. 2016 NCC inculcates among the youth a sense of nationalism and secular outlook that would contribute towards the building of a stronger nation and apart from that also provides a common platform for individual up-lift of masses through the process of channelizing the energy of the young Indians in a constructive purpose. 5) PROUD WINNER OF NASA OLYMPIAD 2015-16

  The Ryanites participated in the Orange Education organized by National Astronomy Olympiad in which a total number of 1562 schools participated from all over India. Shreyas Kumar of class VII C from Ryan International School, Ghaziabad secured the third position at the All India level and received the Bronze Medal and a laptop, bringing laurels to the school. The Founder Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F. Pinto lauded his achievement and congratulated him.

6) “Belles-lettres” – SHAKESPEAREAN DRAMA- INTER SCHOOL COMPETITION

  The Ryanites of Class IX participated in an inter school competition “Belles-lettres” – SHAKESPEAREAN DRAMA organized by Indirapuram Public School, Ghaziabad on 23rd of April 2015 in which several schools from Delhi & NCR participated enthusiastically to exhibit their literary skills. The Ryanites bagged the 2nd position and received Trophy and certificates for their exemplary performance of the play “Julius and Caeser” and brought accolades to school.

7) Winner of song and dance competition

  In order to foster creativity and talent among the children, Lions Club-Ekta organised a cultural programme on 19th & 21st October, 2016, at the Shilp Gram Mela in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, where number of children from Delhi NCR under the junior group (6-10) participated in Singing and Dancing competition. Yukta Madaan of Class IV-G participated in Solo singing competition and in dance competition. In both the performances she bagged the first prize and brought laurels to the School.

8) INMUN 2016

        The Ryanites participated in INMUN 2016 - An Annual Conference organized by Ryan International Group of Institutions at Scope Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi from 28th to 30th September 2016. The event was marked by an enthusiastic participation of 800 national and international student delegates from Ethiopia, Czech Republic, Ghana, Albania, Abu Dhabi, Germany and Mauritius. It provided a right platform for the students to come together to discuss, debate and deliberate on the current global issues of pressing importance. The conference has always been a source of motivation to the young participating delegates , aiming to become responsible leaders who would work across boundaries to amicably solve complex global issues. The students of Ryan Ghaziabad represented the country Spain. The participating students were Tushar Sangwan(XI), Yatharth Rupesh Sharma(XI), Tanmay Vikram(XI), Gaurav Malik(X), Harsh Agarwal(X) and Ujjwal Rastogi(X). Ryan Philips (XI) was a part of the World Press. Tushar Sangwan, Yatharth Rupesh Sharma and Gaurav Malik who represented Cop 21, UNSC and GA IV respectively won the High Commendation Award which is a proud achievement for the school. They represented Cop 21, UNSC and GA IV respectively.

9) WINNER OF CAMEL COLOUR CONTEST

The Ryanites had participated in the Camel Art contest organized in the school premises. Hardik Handa of class VB brought laurels to the school by securing the Appreciation at the Zonal level, which is indeed a proud achievement. The school Principal presented the certificate of appreciation and the trophy and congratulated him for the success.

10) RYAN SCIENTIFIC MILIEU – 2016

  The Ryanites of classes VI-XII participated in Ryan Scientific Milieu-2016 based on the theme ‘Technology for a quality life’ organised by Ryan International School, Greater Noida on 23rd August, 2016. The Ryanites of Ghaziabad exhibited their talent in different competitions and won several prizes. Nalin Singh and Avni Sharma of class XI in Symposium bagged Bronze, Utkarsh Kartikey of XII and Dhruv Verma of XI in Exhibition bagged Bronze and Manan Agarwal and Nakshatra Sharma of VIII in quiz also bagged Bronze prize. It was indeed a proud achievement for Ryan Ghaziabad.

11) PROUD WINNER OF NASA OLYMPIAD 2015-16

  The Ryanites participated in the Orange Education organized by National Astronomy Olympiad in which a total number of 1562 schools participated from all over India. Shreyas Kumar of class VIIC from Ryan International School, Ghaziabad secured the third position at the All India level and received the Bronze Medal and a laptop, bringing laurels to the school. The school Principal lauded his achievement and congratulated him.

12) WINNERS OF JAGARAN SANSKARSHALA

  The Ryanites participated in Sanskarshala organized by Dainik Jagran in which 35000 students from the schools of Delhi and NCR appeared. Aryan Saina of class VIII D bagged the second prize and he was awarded a Nikon camera whereas Vansh Tyagi of IV G, Divyesh Rana of IV F and Shreyas Chandel of class XI B secured the consolation prizes.

13) Selection of DIR (Elect) /ZIR

Shrish Bhardwaj of class XI A participated in the Selections for District Interact Representative (DIR) and Zonal Interact Representative (ZIR) at Rotary Blood Bank sector 31 , Noida on 24th July 2017. The Selection round consisted of Group Discussion which was followed by Interview. Shirsh Bhardwaj of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad cleared the group discussion and the interview round and was selected as Zonal Interact Representative for the year 2017-18.   Shirsh Will head 5 schools i.e., GD Goenka Public School,Ghaziabad, Heritage School, Modinagar, Sanskar The Co-Educational School, Ghaziabad and K.M.S.  Inter College Pilkhuwa.  It is indeed an outstanding achievement.

14) WINNER OF STATE LEVEL PAINTING COMPETITION

The Ryanite Guhika Saha of  VI F participated in the State level Painting  Competition to exhibit her aesthetic skills and creativity. It was organised by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry Of Power, Govt. Of India at the Vishwa Yuvak Kendra, Chankyapuri, New Delhi on 14^th November, 2017 in which the students from Delhi/NCR region enthusiastically. Guhika Saha won applause as her drawing was selected among the 50 best paintings. The topic was based upon the theme ‘Energy Conservation’. She won a cash prize of Rs 2000/- , a trophy, LED bulb, colour set and a certificate for her best drawing which is again an added feather to the cap of Ryan, Ghaziabad.

15) RYAN MUN

  Ryan International School, Sohna Road organised Ryan MUN on 22nd and 23rd of July 2016 to provide all the young and dynamic participants a global platform to showcase their understanding towards world issues through their debating skills. A team of 14 delegates from Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated with full zeal and enthusiasm and exhibited their oratory skills through debates, discussions and negotiations about the global issues. Gaurav Malik and Tushar Sangwan bagged the special mention from the executive board and brought laurels to the school. The school Principal congratulated the young delegates.

16) Ryan Scientific Milieu

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in Ryan Scientific Milieu and made a mark by winning II position in Symposium.

17) 50 yds Free style Girls U-13 Annual Swimming

Ms. Sakshi Rane won the bronze medal in 50 yds Free style Girls U-13 Annual Swimming Gala organized by The Cricket Club of india Ltd.  She also secured the 5th position in 100 yds Breast stroke Girls U-13 and 5th position in 100 yds Back stroke Girls U-13

18) Carol Singing Competition

On the occasion of Christmas a carol singing competition was organized at Ryan. Cambridge bagged the following prizes: Group I (Std I&II) – 1st place Group II (Std III&IV) – 2nd Palce Group III (Std V&VI) – 3rd Place Group IV(Std VIITO IX)- 3rd Place

19) Ryanite win the Scholarship

The Ryanites had participated in the FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam which was held on 27th of December 2015 in which 5000 students from all over Delhi NCR region participated to win the scholarship. Ritvik Goel of VI D brought glory to the school by winning the third rank at the zonal level in Maths, Science and over all. He received medals for his achievement. The school Principal congratulated him for the unprecedented success.

Mst. Harshvardhan Patel of Std X  won the title of Ryan Prince at the TEEN Camp held at Aurangabad.

  Sameer Pandya, Nandini Sharma and Aditya Singh brought laurels to the school by winning Gold Medals in Maths, English and G.K Quiz organised by Procom Information Systems.

24) “Winning Amidst Unknowns”

  The students of classes III to V participated in an Inter-School event titled “Winning Amidst Unknowns” organized by Ch. Chhabil Dass School on 5th and 6th October 2016. The event was marked by the active participation of the Ryanites in various events. The Ryanites added another feather to the Ryan cap by winning Kho- Kho boys match U-12 category. Biyaas Gosh of class IV A stood meritorious by winning the second position in English Elocution out of 29 schools that participated in the competition, establishing once again the pride and prestige of our school. She was felicitated with a book and a certificate of appreciation.

25) DST INSPIRE INTERNSHIP SCIENCE CAMP

  Department of Science and Technology Government of India organized INSPIRE internship science camp from 28th of November 2016 to 2nd of December 2016 at Institute of Applied Medicine and Research for students who had secured 10 CGPA in class X. The camp had many lectures from eminent scientists and professors from IIT and JNU to give students knowledge about various ongoing research in various fields of Science and Mathematics. Dhruv Verma of class XI B received First Prize in essay writing competition conducted by DST during the course of the workshop.

26) COLLAGE MAKING COMPETITION

  The Ryanite had participated in Inter Ryan Collage Making Competition organized by Ryan, Mayur Vihar on 17th of December 2015. Diya Bhattacharya of class II F secured the second position and brought laurels to the school.

27) WINNERS OF 8th HANDWRITING OLYMPIAD

It is a proud achievement for the school as the students have brought laurels and accolades to the school by winning medals in the Handwriting Olympiad which was conducted in the school premises. The winners Tarang Priyadarshi of IX B bagged the first position whereas Ujjwal Singh of X G and Mimansha Prabhat of X B secured second and third positions respectively under category A. Under the category B, Aditya Pratap Singh of V C secured the first position, Saba Idrees of V G and Sana Mandhata of V G bagged second and third positions respectively. Aadya Prabhat of class IV C, Suryansh Singh of II C and Aadhya Tyagi of III B bagged first, second and third position under category C. The school Principal felicitated the winners.    

28) REGIONAL CBSE SCIENCE EXHIBITION, 2016

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been taking many initiatives to provide interactive, participatory, hands-on, innovative and creative learning experiences to students studying in its affiliated schools. One such initiative refers to the organization of Science Exhibition at Regional and National levels every year. The activity aims at providing a common platform to schools, teachers and students to give shape to theirinnovative ideas and learn from each other’s experiences. These exhibitions also provide a medium for popularizing Science and increasing awareness among stakeholders about the close relationship between Science, Technology and Society. Ryanites of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad, participated in Regional CBSE Science Exhibition hosted by Uttam School for Girls, Ghaziabad from 15th to 17th December, 2016. A total of 90 schools participated with 156 exhibits. The Theme of the exhibition was Science, Technology and Mathematics for Nation Building. Dhruv Verma and Revant Sharma of Class XI-A made Eco- Cruiser based upon the Sub Theme- Transport and Communication. Their Exhibit was selected for the National Level Science Exhibition.

29) Winners of Ahaan

    The Ryanites participated in the Annual Art Fest `Ahaan ‘ - organized by Uttam School For Girls on 26th October 2016. The event was marked by Inter-School Art Competition in which there were students from different schools who participated in various events. The Ryanites exhibited their aesthetic fervor and won several prizes. Jiya Bishnoi and Akshita Gupta of Class 2 bagged second prize in Pebble Fable. Nidhi Bhardwaj and Jiya Joherwal bagged of Class 5 bagged third prize in Art Potpourri and Ankita Sharma and Ananya Saxena of Class VII bagged First prize in Dream Catcher event.

30) Creo- 2014

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in Inter School Competition, Creo- 2014 and brought laurels to the school by bagging I position in Singing, II position in Duo Extempore, Ikebana, Photo Strong and III position in 3D creations, Graffiti, Model Making and Nrityagana.

31) Painting Competition

  Lakshit Handa of class VI and Shashwat Jeena of class IV participated in the painting competition organized by NTPC, Ghaziabad on 28th of October 2016.The topics given were based on Energy conservation. He exhibited his painting skills in a two- dimensional visual language by expressing his ideas and emotions on the canvas related to the topic Energy Conservation.The children won a cash prize of Rs.2000/- , a Bag and a Bulb.

32) INTER SCHOOL KITE MAKING COMPETITION

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad  brought laurels to the school by bagging II position in Inter School Kite Making Competition.

33) Indian International MUN – 2016

  The Ryanites of classes VIII to XI participated in the Indian International MUN – 2016 organised by Allen House Public School, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad from 20th and 21st August 2016. The students from various schools across the nation exhibited their Leadership skills by finding solutions to world problems through debates, discussions and negotiations. It was a wonderful learning experience for students of Ryan Ghaziabad as they had many achievements to their credit. The Ryanites brought laurels to the school by securing the The Best Delegation Trophy as Tushar Sangwan (class XI) won Best Delegate Award for Syria in UNHCR, Yatharth Rupesh Sharma (class XI) won Best Delegate Award for USA in IAEA. Pranav Srivastava won the Best Delegate Award for representing BJP in Lok Sabha ,Pratham Sharma ( class VIII ) won the Best Delegate Award for France in WHO and Harshita Handa (class X) and Nandini Sharma (class VIII) won the High Commendation Award for representing the committee UNHRC and UNGA – Legal respectively. It is indeed a proud achievement of Ryan Ghaziabad.

34) Technolympics

    The Ryanites participated in the Annual IT Fest `Technolympics‘ - organized by Cambridge School, Noida on 11th of November 2016. The event was marked by Inter-School Competition in which there were students from 25 different schools who participated in various events like – Mix It Up, Top Coders, Cryptex, Deal With It, Director’s Cut, Virtual Warriors, Tech Talk, Junk Art, Webolution. The Ryanites exhibited their aesthetic fervor and won several prizes. Shivansh Verma and Lakshay Sharma of class XI E bagged first prize in Mix It Up. Ujjwal Rastogi and Gaurav Malik of class X F bagged second prize in Tech Talk, Abhineet Sharma and Mohd. Arham Khaishagi of class XII B bagged third prize in Top Coders event and Devansh Satsangi of X B, Akshat Verma of X B, Gautam Sharma of X B, Syed Maaz of IX B, Mahek Bohra of X C, Tushar Sangwan of XI D secured second prize in Director’s Cut. They were felicitated with a trophies and a certificate of appreciation.  

35) ALL INDIA CHILD ART COMPETITION

Gatik Jindal, Aastha Goel and Vaibhav Goel brought laurels to the school by emerging as winners in Art Competition organised by Maruti Art Academy,  Gujrat.

36) Mega Dance Competition

  Prakhar Foundation in association with AGS and EASTWOOD ARTIST STUDIO conducted a Mega Dance Competition on 16th of October, 2016 at Ghaziabad in Ram Kishan Institute, where number of children from Delhi NCR under the junior group (1-14) participated in Solo, Duet or Group Dance. Children presented their dance in different styles like Freestyle, Contemporary, Lyrical Hipop, etc. Gargi Arya of Class V-B of Ryan International School participated in Solo dance and brought laurels to the school by bagging the second prize. It was indeed a proud achievement for Ryan Ghaziabad.

37) EUREKA 2016

The Ryanites of class XII participated in Eureka 2016 - The Humanities Fest organised by Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar on 26th July, 2016. The event witnessed a participation of students from over ten prestigious schools of Delhi-NCR. The Ryanites of Ghaziabad exhibited their talent and creative expressions in the event Silent Shakespeare- a mute play competition and secured the 3rd position . It was indeed a proud achievement for the school.

  IMS MUN organized by IMS College, Ghaziabad on 16th and 17th of December, 2016. The conference was marked by an enthusiastic participation of young delegates from different schools of Ghaziabad. The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad represented six countries- Russia, China, Germany, Republic Of Korea, Pakistan and Spain. The Conference also had a Committee on All India Political Parties Meet .The participating students were Tushar Sangwan (XI), Yatharth Rupesh Sharma(XI), Gaurav Malik(X), Akarshit Singh(X), Saksham Gupta(X), Naman Sawney(X),Suyash Chaudhary(X), Harsh Agarwal(X) ,Pranav Srivastava, Harshita Handa(X), Hemabh Gupta(IX),Anjali Bharathi(IX), Yuvika Sharma(IX),Tushar Mehta(X), Syed Maaz(IX), Gaurang Tyagi(IX) and Nandini Sharma(VIII). Yatharth Rupesh Sharma and Tushar Sangwan won the Best Delegate Award in GA and UNHRC respectively. Gaurav Malik and Syed Maaz won High Commendation Award in GA and Akarshit Singh won High Commendation Award in All India Political Party Meet. Pranav Srivastava, Harshita Handa, Harshit Singh and Hemabh Gupta received a Verbal Mention. It was indeed a step ahead towards preparing the young children to be responsible leaders in future.

42) RYANITES WIN PRIZES AT KACHARA SAMADHAN MAHOTSAVA

The students of Ryan International School Ghaziabad participated in plethora of competitions organized by the Ghaziabad District administration as part of the ‘Kachara Samadhan Mahotsava – 2018 ‘a first of its kind on 22^nd and 23^rd April 2018, at the Kavinagar Ramleela ground, Ghaziabad. This two days event was successfully organized under the able guidance of the DM Ghaziabad Ms. Ritu Maheshwari to sensitize the young students and the people about the importance of waste recycling and management. The gala event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Retd Gen.  V K Singh – Union Minister of State for External Affairs, with the lightening of the lamp ceremony and witnessed a vibrant display of beautiful models prepared from waste material. There were stalls set up by the educational institutions, NGO’s, RWA’s and Govt. departments showcasing the best out of waste Art Installations exhibiting their innovation and creativity, science working models using waste material (Kabbad se jugaad), and waste management techniques. The Ryanites participated in Collage making, poster making, science models /exhibits using waste material, eco melody –creating music using junk instruments and also set up a school stall where they exhibited their innovation and creativity using waste material. They received several prizes and brought laurels to the school. The Ryanites bagged the 1^st prize in Kabaad se Jugaad and 2^nd prize in Nukkad natak whereas the Stall set up by our school won accolades and secured the Second position in the exhibition which is indeed a proud achievement. The children also enjoyed learning about the transformation of garbage in the workshop conducted by the sculptor Mr Tejendra Singh who taught about making beautiful art pieces using newspaper.  The gala event included exhibitions, presentations, and other community awareness programmes making the people aware about the proper waste disposal and turning the waste into useful products. The grand finale was marked by the rock band performance; eco melody, chair dance and the prize distribution ceremony. The Hon’ble Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Retd. Gen. V.K. Singh and Ms. Ritu Maheshwari DM Ghaziabad awarded the certificates to the winners and shared their words of appreciation and encouragement. The principal appreciated the teachers and students for their sincere efforts in the domain of waste management.

43) Winner of IAFA

    The evening of 20th October witnessed the much awaited 8th Iceplex Ad Film Awards (IAFA) organized by Ryan TV, part of the Ryan International Group of Institutions. The Students from across the country made short socially relevant ads, which were judged by an eminent Jury. There were 30,000 entries from across 60 cities in India. The students of Ryan, Ghaziabad also prepared Ad films on various topics for the Iceplex Online Ad film making contest. Kumar Abhidev of IX C won accolades for his ad film on environment in U-14 to U-16 category. He was felicitated for the achievement in a glittering award ceremony in which the Chief Guest, Shri. CH. Vidyasagar Rao, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra presented the awards to the winners from all across the country. It was a great achievement for the school.

The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in several competitions organized by Lions Club sponsored by SHANTI HOMES-De addiction, Mental health clinic and Psychiatric Rehabilitation at Shilpgram Mela, Ghaziabad from 27th of October 2015 to 2nd of November 2015. Mantasha Riyaz of X A secured several prizes and brought laurels to the school. She bagged First prize in Balloon painting competition and Hand painting respectively and secured the second place in Notice board Decoration whereas Deepali Chaudhary of class X F secured second position in Balloon painting and two consolation prizes in painting and Hand painting competition respectively. 11) Education World Awards 2014

The Ryan International Group of Institutions was honoured with Six Awards for their continuing efforts in providing quality education at the Education World 2014 Awards held at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi. The Ryan Global School, Mumbai was awarded for being ranked in the Top 10 in the Best International School category in India while the Ryan International Schools at Jaipur, Surat, Shahjahanpur, Ludhiana and Nasik were felicitated for being among the best schools in their respective cities. In addition to this, the group had a total of 37 schools in the Best Schools of India in various categories. 25) TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP

The Ryanites participated in the Delhi NCR School Grand Slam Taekwondo Championship - 2016 organized by District Taekwondo Association, Ghaziabad on 23rd of April 2016 at Ryan Greater Noida. The Ryanites exhibited their expertise in MARTIAL ARTS and secured 7 gold medals, 22 bronze medals and 10 silver medals. The Ryanites won laurels by securing the 1st position in U-14 group and received the winner’s trophy which is indeed a proud achievement for the school.   The Ryanites of class XII participated in the first round of ITS Quiz conducted by ITS Education Group, Greater Noida on 19th of August 2016. The quiz was based on General Awareness and Mental Ability. Three students qualified for the second round of quiz which will be held in November. 1) INTER RYAN ZONE II GIRLS KHO-KHO TOURNAMENT

  Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar organised Kho -Kho Tournament for girls on 21st of October 2016. It was aimed to encourage the students to be active participants in sports and games. Four other sister branches participated in the tournament in two categories of U-14 and U-16. The teams played well showcasing their team spirit and the students of Ryan Ghaziabad brought laurels to the school by winning first place in both the categories which is a laudable achievement for the school.

2) SWIMMING CHAMPION

South Delhi Swimming Association awarded Miss Priyanka Sharma of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad of class V under group IV in the two events viz, 50 m Backstroke & 50 m Free Style Swimming Championship in which she bagged First Position in 9th South & Central Delhi District Age Group Swimming Meet- 2013 .

3) East Delhi Swimming Championship

  Miss Priyanka Sharma & Mst. Dev Sharma won accolades for the school by bagging silver & bronze medals in East Delhi Swimming Championship.

4) Inter Ryan Football Tournament

      The football teams of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Inter Ryan Football Tournament hosted by Ryan Vasant Kunj on 25th of August 2016, in order to inculcate the team spirit and sportsmanship among the students, as per the enriching guidance of the Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of the teams of RyanRohini and Ryan Ghaziabad in which U-18 boys teams showcased their sports skills. The event was graced by the august presence of the Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F. Pinto who witnessed the match and blessed the Ryanites with his encouraging presence. The event commenced with the Lord’s Prayer and special prayer followed by a welcome speech and felicitation of Respected Chairman Sir. Thereafter all the teams put in their monumental efforts exhibiting their team spirit, time management and sportsmanship to win the competition. The commentators, Amitabh Mishra, Ryan Phillips, Ishika Bajaj and Vanshika Gaur of class XI presented a running commentary of the match adding a zeal and zest to the tournament. The Ryanites of Ghaziabad brought laurels to the school by securing the Winner’s Trophy whereas Ryan Vasant kunj bagged the runner up position. The culmination was marked by the Prize distribution ceremony in which the proud Ryanites were felicitated with the winner’s trophy and certificates by their mentor. It was an endeavour to promote elite football talents and train players’ right from the young age by instilling fundamental skills of football and love for the game through team spirit. It was a great day for the Ryanites of Ghaziabad who were proudly elated for their achievement.

  Ryan International School, Ghaziabad organized the Zone II Volleyball Tournament for girls on 21st of October 2016. Teams from 4 sister branches participated in the tournament from Delhi/NCR region. The U-18 girls team secured the winners trophy whereas the U-16 team bagged the second place in the tournament. It is indeed a proud achievement for Ryan Ghaziabad.

Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi organised CBSE Cluster III Volleyball Tournament & Girls of U- 19 age group brought laurels to the School by bagging First Position.

The U-14 (BOYS) Kho-Kho team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in 4thNetaji Subhash Chandra Bose Kho-kho tournament organized by Sanskar World School on 29th & 30th of April 2016.The Event witnessed a participation of 20 schools for the tournament. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and sportive skills and secured the 3rd position.The Ryanites were felicitated with medals, certificates & trophy for their achievement. It is indeed an added feather to the cap of Ryan, Ghaziabad.

The U-18football team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in an Inter school Football tournament organized by Pragyan School, Greater Noida on 29^thand 30^thof August, 2017. There were 16 teams from Delhi NCR who participated in the tournament enthusiastically and the Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and secured the winner trophy.

The Ryanites were felicitated with the certificates and a trophy as a reward.

13) RYAN GHAZIABAD LIFTED THE RUNNER UP TROPHY

The U-16 cricket team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in All India J.K, Tyre Adventure Cricket Cup at Sattal from 25th to 29th of May 2016. There were 32 teams from different schools of Delhi NCR for the tournament. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and lifted the Runner up trophy. The award was bagged by Jayesh Singh of class XI A for The Best Batsman, Shivam Bhardwaj of XI D as the Best Bowler and The Best All Rounder was secured by Sakshya Sharma of class XI A. The school Principal congratulated the winners for their success.

14) ARCHERY- NCR SPORTS SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP

The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated enthusiastically and secured Runner- up Trophy in Archery NCR Sports School Championship .

15) Winners of Carrom Competition

The Ryanites participated in an Inter Ryan Carrom competition hosted by Ryan, Mayur Vihar on 22nd of April 2017 in Sub-Junior U-14 and Junior U-16 categories. The student from sister branches of MayurVihar, Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida participated enthusiastically to win the competition. Aditi Goel of VIII B and Taruna Khosla of VIII B secured 2nd position in U-14 category which is indeed a laudable achievement for the school.

16) WSO NATIONAL SUBROTO MUKHERJEE CUP

Khushi Sharma of class IX-C and Yashika Bhadana of class IX-C participated in the WSO National Subroto Mukherjee cup (16-17) girls which was organized in Dehradun from 27th to 30th of July 2017. There were 8 teams from different zones who participated enthusiastically in the tournament. Both the footballers of Ryan GZB exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and emerged as the winners. The winners brought laurels to the school by securing the first position in the tournament. The Ryanites were felicitated with certificates, individual trophies and the much coveted team trophy which is indeed an honour for the school.

17) ALL INDIA INTER PUBLIC SCHOOL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

The Boys Football Team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad had participated in the ALL INDIA INTER PUBLIC SCHOOL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2013- 14 & made a mark by securing the Winners Trophy.

 

18) Winners of Youth Football Match

The U-12 Junior boys football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Youth Football League oragnised by T.N.M. Sports Academy, Indirapuram. The team won the second place and secured the Gold cup, gold medals and certificates. The team members were Anurag Tomar–VII B, Ashwin Chaudhary-VII D, Abhinav Arya-VII G, Pavas Dikhshit-VII E, Varun Nair-VI C, Vaibhav Bhardwaj-VI B, Daksh Mahalwar-VI G. The students also received awards for their good performance. Daksh Mahalwar secured the award for Best Goalkeeper whereas Varun Nair for the Best Mid-Fielder.

19) CBSE NATIONAL ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIP

  The U-19 team of Ryanites had participated in the CBSE National Archery Championship held at Rajendra’s Academy in Moradabad from 29th to 3rd May 2015. There were students from 56 schools from across different states. The Ryanites participated in 50 m and 30 m shooting in which they secured several prizes. Aditya Koul of class IX-E secured silver medal in 50 m individual round and bronze medal in (50 + 30 m) overall best performance. The Archery boys team comprising of Vaibhav Gupta XII B, Vaibhav Garg XII B, Abhinav Kumar IX E and Aditya Koul IX E secured the gold medal and the winner’s trophy for their excellent performance in Team Fight and added a feather to the cap of Ryan Ghaziabad.

20) Talent Hunt By Subroto Cup

    Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the talent hunt organized by Subroto Cup, which holds the distinction of being Asia’s largest and the most prestigious youth football tournament on 24th August, 2016.The program was launched, to search for the top footballing talent in India in Under-17 category for both boys and girls from Delhi and NCR. It was once in a lifetime opportunity for all the young footballers who exhibited their sportsmanship and talent to get selected as players, who will be identified during the Subroto Cup 2016. Thereafter they will be included in the development squad of Delhi Dynamos and will be provided ‘Full Scholarship’ as part of the program. Arpit Kaushik of class XI A and Apoorv Kansal XI D got selected for the Subroto Cup which is a proud achievement for the school. The Principal and HeadMistress congratulated both the football players and wished them a bright future ahead.

21) Winners of Premier League Football Match

The U-17 senior girls football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Youth Football League oragnised by T.N.M. Sports Academy, Indirapuram. The team won the first place and secured the trophy, gold medals and certificates. The team members were Pratishtha Pundir of IX E, AnushkaVerma of IX B, Suhani Singh of IX E, Alia Siddhiqui of IX D, Aditi Bajaj of IX B, Ishika Bajaj of XII E and Anchal Bajaj of IX B. The students also received awards for their good performance. Anchal Bajaj secured the award for Best Mid-Fielder whereas Ishika Bajaj for the Best Goalkeeper.

22) INTER- SCHOOL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

  Basketball Team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in Inter School Basketball Tournament organised by Praytna Sports and made a mark by winning Runners- up Trophy.

23) Ryanites selected for International Football Tournament

  The Football team of Ryan Ghaziabad attended the Ahmadabad National Camp for the selection of International Tournament in 2016 organized by Pride Management Pvt. Ltd. It is indeed a proud achievement for the school as five students Harsh Jain-XI, Apoorv Kansal-XI, Abhishek Pillai-XI, Varun Rikhi-IX, Nikhil Sharma-X, Om Sharma-IX got selected for the tournament in Finland, sponsored by Pride Sports .The school Principal congratulated the winners for their achievement motivating them to gear up for the forthcoming tournament in Finland.

24) Winners of ICS League

The U-18 Football boys team participated in the Indian College Sports League organized by Galgotia University from 17th to 21st of April 2017, in Noida. There were 16 teams from different schools and colleges out of which the football team of Ryan, Ghaziabad secured the second position and brought laurels to the school. The team won the Team trophy, Individual trophy, certificates and cash prize of Rs. 15000/-. The Best player of the tournament award was bagged by Akshay Choudhary. The school Principal congratulated the winners.

25) Winners of Swimming Competition

    The U-14, U-16 and U-18 Girls swimming team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad showcased their swimming skills at Ryan International School, Greater Noida 26th August’ 16 and brought glory to the school by securing 11 silver, 5 bronze and 4 gold medals.

26) FOOTBALL TALENT HUNT

Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the Football Talent Hunt on 16th January 2017 in the school premises to search for the best upcoming footballing talent in India. It is an initiative of the Ryan Group of Institutions in partnership with FC Metz, a Ligue 1 (top division) club in France and Eric Benny Sports Management, India as an endeavour to focus on grass root level football development and assist in provision of top class football education for the young children. The selection team comprised of Mr. Eric Benny, Football player, coach, manager, mentor and an entrepreneur, Mr. Janik Backhaus – coach, FC Metz & EB Academy, has an international experience of tournaments and training camps in Brazil, Tunisia, Turkey, Italy and USA and Mr. Sunil Chettri, Captain of the National Football Team as the Brand Ambassador of Ryan Group of Institutions. The Ryanites from the sister branches also participated in the event. The aspiring school level footballers grabbed the opportunity to prove their mettle in Football. Five students were selected for a Training Program to be held in Germany, in near future. The selected students were –Apoorv Kansal (XI), Anurag Tomar (VI) ,Ashwin Chaudhary (VI) ,Saurav Nagar (VII) and Varun Nair (V) It is indeed a proud achievement for the Ryanites. It is an endeavour to ensuring an all round progress of Ryanites through sports and games and promote the talent of Ryanites.  

27) SAMADHAN SHAKTI SANSTHA SPORTS MEET

Samadhan Shakti Sanstha organized sports competition of various sports in Khaitan Stadium, Sahibabad on 29^th of October, 2017. There were 27 schools and clubs from Delhi, NCR who participated in the sports meet enthusiastically. The girls Volleyball team of Ryan, Ghaziabad participated in the sports meet and exhibited their team spirit and secured second position in open category girls volleyball championship. The Ryanites were felicitated with the certificates, medals, trophy and cash prize of Rs. 3100/- as a reward.

28) Winner of Football Tournament

The U-17 Football team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the Decathlon Fustal tournament organised by DECATHLON and hosted by Ramagya School, Noida from 26th of July to 28th of July 2017. The tournament witnessed an enthusiastic participation of ten schools from Delhi, NCR. The team of Ryan Ghaziabad comprised of 10 students i.e., Harsh Jain of XII C, Apoorv Kansal of XII D, Akshay Chaudhary of XII C, Harsh Jain of XII C, Arpit Kaushit of XII A, Akshay Choudhary of XII C, Parth Tyagi XII B, Naman Tyagi of XII B, Sourav Gupta of XI B, Ritik Sachdeva of XI D, Arsh Thakur of XI B, Parikshit Singh of XI D. The Ryanites emerged as winners by showcasing the best of their team spirit. Akshay Choudhary and Harsh Jain of XII C secured the trophy for Man of the Match whereas Arpit Kaushik secured for the award for the Man of the Tournament. The winners trophy was the cynosure of all eyes in the morning assembly as the team was felicitated by the school Principal. It was indeed a laudable achievement.

29) INTER SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

  The U-17 Girls volleyball team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the INTER SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP held at DEEP MEMORIAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, BRIJ VIHAR from 26th to 28th August 2016. The Event witnessed a participation of 17 schools from Delhi/NCR for the match. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and sportive skills and secured the winners trophy. It is indeed an added feather to the cap of Ryan, Ghaziabad.

30) RYANITES SECURE CHAMPIONS TROPHY

The U-18 Football team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the 1st Interschool Bal Bharti Football Championship 2017-18 from 24th to 27th of April 2017, at Bal Bharti Public School, Noida. There were 16 teams from Delhi and NCR who participated in the championship. The Ryanites secured the Champions Trophy along with The Best Striker Award for Arpit Kaushik and the Best Goal Keeper award for Harsh Jain who glorified the name of the school. The Ryanites also received kit bags and certificates for their exemplary performance. It was a proud achievement for the school.

31) Junior Table Tennis Promotional Tournament

Miss Avril Saldanha of Class 3C had participated in the Junior Table Tennis Promotional Tournament organised by the Juhu Vile Parle Gymkhana Club from 31st Jan to 2nd Feb and has been awarded the winners posisiton in the Midget Girls Event.

33) INTER RYAN FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in  Inter Ryan Football Tournament and made a mark by winning I position in  Under 19 category  .  

34) Silver Medal in Javelin Throw at State Level

Ms. Muskaan Khandelwal Std 9th of Cambridge School has won the Silver medal in the Javelin Throw U-16 Girls Category in The BOMBAY YMCA State Level Anuual Athletic Meet 2012, held at Sports Authority of India(SAI).

35) WINNERS OF U.P. SENIOR STATE BASEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

The U-18 Boys Baseball team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the U.P. SENIOR STATE Baseball Championship which was organized at Arthla, Indra Priyadarshini Park on 18th and 19th of January 2018. The players Ajay Aryan Tomar of XI A, Harsh Anand of XI A, Ashish Joshy of XI A, Abhishek Pandey of XI A, Anitej Sharma of XI A, Rohit Singh of XI A, Roham Ali of XI D, Bhavik Choudhary of XI D, Shivanshu Yadav of XI D and Prince Yadav of XII E of Ryan GZB exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and secured the SECOND RUNNER UP position. The Ryanites were felicitated with medals and a team trophy which is indeed an honour for the school. The school Principal congratulated and felicitated the players.

36) ASTER SOCCER CHALLENGE 2015

  The U-16 Football team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in pride Aster Soccer Challenge 2015 organized by Aster Public School, Noida Extension, U.P. from 23rd to 28th December, 2015. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit in Football and secured the first runner up trophy in the match. They received certificates and medals. Abhishek Pillai of class X bagged the trophy for the Best Sportmanship.

37) UP STATE AQUATIC CHAMPIONSHIP

Miss Priyanka Sharma of  class VI won accolades for the school by bagging three silver & one gold medal in the Swimming Championship organised by Uttar Pradesh Swimming Association at Lucknow.

38) NIRMAL JYOTI BAJAJ TROPHY

  The U-15 team of Ryan Ghaziabad had participated in the Inter School Football Tournament organized by KDB School, Ghaziabad from 28th to 30th of December 2015 in which the students from schools of Delhi NCR had participated in the championship. The Ryanites proved their team spirit in Football and secured the first runner up trophy in the match. They received certificates and medals. Arpit Kaushik of class X A bagged the trophy for the Best Football player.

39) INTER RYAN FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

  Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the Inter Ryan Football Tournament from 4th to 6th of August 2016 in the school premises, in order to inculcate the team spirit and sportsmanship among the students ,as per the enriching guidance of the Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of the teams from sister branches in which U-14 and U-19 boys and girls teams showcased their sports skills. All the teams put in their monumental efforts exhibiting their team spirit, time management and togetherness to win the competition. In the U-14 Boys category Ryan, Vasant kunj secured the winners trophy and Ryan, Ghaziabad was the runner-up. The under-14 Girls team of Greater Noida stood first whereas Ryan, Ghaziabad secured the runner up position. In the U- 19 Boys category, Ryan, Vasant kunj bagged the first place whereas Ryan, Greater Noida won the runner up position. The U-19 girls team of Ryan, Greater Noida bagged the first place and Ryan, Ghaziabad secured the runner up position. It was an endeavour to promote elite football talents and train players right from the young age by instilling fundamental skills of football and love for the game through team spirit. It was a great day for the Ryanites.

40) Winners of 1st U.P. State Football Championship

The U-16 Boys Football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad  participated in the 1^st U.P. STATE Football Championship which was organizedby School Sports Promotion Foundation at Surevin International School, Niwari, Modinagar, Ghaiziabad from 12^thto 14^th of January 2018. There were 6 teams who participated enthusiastically in the tournament and showcased their team spirit. The footballers of Ryan GZB exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and emerged as the winners. The winners brought laurels to the school by securing the FIRST position in the tournament. The Ryanites were felicitated with medals, a football and the much coveted team trophy which is indeed an honour for the school. Six students, Shrey Chaudhary of IX E, Adeel Mirza of VIII A, Naman Kaushik of IX C, Saurabh Nagar of VIII B, Anurag Tomar of VII B and VanshPundir of VIII B were also selected for the National level tournament. The school Principal congratulated and felicitated the players.

41) INTER RYAN ZONE II FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT – U-18 Boys

Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the Inter Ryan Zone II Football Tournament for the U-18 boys team, in the school premises on 29th of July 2017. The Ryanites from sister branches of Ryan Trans Yamuna, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad participated enthusiastically to make this event a grand success. The Tournament commenced with the scripture reading and prayer followed by the felicitation of the guest referees Mr. Iswar Dhaka and Mr. Tarun Dutta from Ryan Faridabad and Ryan Sohna road respectively. Thereafter all the teams put in their efforts exhibiting their team spirit, time management and sportsmanship to win the competition. The Winner Team of Ryan Ghaziabad secured the winners Trophy whereas the team of Ryan Trans Yamuna bagged the second position. The proud Ryanites were felicitated with the winner’s trophy and certificates by their mentor.

42) CBSE Cluster XIX Volley Ball Championship

  The U-19 volley ball team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the CBSE cluster XIX U-19 Volley Ball championship organized by Skyward Senior Secondary School, Roorkee from 23rd to 25th of October 2016. There were 29 teams from the schools of Western U.P. and Uttarakhand who participated in the championship enthusiastically. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and zeal and secured the third position which is indeed a laudable achievement. The Ryanites were felicitated with the bronze medals and a trophy as a reward.

43) CBSE CLUSTER III VOLLEY BALL CHAMPIONSHIP

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in  CBSE Cluster III Volley Ball Championship and made a mark by bagging II position.

44) Athletic Ryanites

The athletes of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Open Athletic District Meet organised by SSPF(School Sports Promotion Foundation) at Mahamaya Stadium on 27th of July 2017. There were 1500 students from different schools of Delhi, NCR to showcase their athletic skills. The meet comprised of several events which included Heats and Hurdles, Shot-put, Discus throw, Javelin throw, long jump, high jump and other athletic events. The excellent performance of Ryanites brought laurels to the school as Kiran Patel of XII E secured second position in shot-put and third position in Discus throw, Anshika Gupta of X D secured the first position in 800 m heats and third position in 4 X 100 m relay, Muskan Jha of XI E secured third position in 700 m, 450 m and 4 X 100 m relay, Ashwin Choudhary of VII D secured the first position in 80 m Heats and long jump and second position in 200 m heats. Ankita Sharma of VIII H secured third position in 4 X 100 m relay, Alia Siddhique of IX D bagged the third place in 200 m heats and 4 X 100 m relay whereas Priyansh Yadav of XI D secured the third position in 800 m heats.

45) INTER RYAN ZONE II FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT U-14 BOYS

    To promote elite football talents and train the students right from the young age by instilling fundamental skills of football and expertise in the sport, Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the Inter Ryan Zone II Football Tournament for the U-14 boys team, in the school premises on 22nd of July 2017. It was an endeavor to ensure an all round development and good health of Ryanites as per the vision and mission of the Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr Augustine F Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto. The Ryanites from sister branches of Ryan Trans Yamuna, Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension and Ghaziabad participated enthusiastically to make this event a grand success. Thereafter all the teams put in their monumental efforts exhibiting their team spirit, time management and sportsmanship to win the competition. The running commentary by the Ryanites added an energetic fervor to the tournament. The Ryanites of Ghaziabad encouraged the teams with their enthusiastic presence. The Winner Team of Ryan Greater Noida secured the winners Trophy whereas the team of Ryan Ghaziabad bagged the second position. The proud Ryanites were felicitated with the winner’s trophy and certificates by their mentor.

46) RYANITES WIN INTER SCHOOL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

The U-14 football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in an Inter school Football Tournament which was organized by DPS International, Dasna from 14^th of December to 16^thof December 2017. There were 8 school teams who participated enthusiastically in the tournament. Ryan GZB team exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and emerged as the RUNNERS. They brought laurels to the school by securing the runners trophy in the tournament. The Ryanites were felicitated with medals and a trophy which is indeed an honour for the school. The school Principal congratulated the winners for their laudable achievement.

47) Inter School Football Tournament

The U-14 and U-16 Boys Football teams of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad showcased their exemplary sporting skills at the 1st 7 A -Side Inter School Football Tournament held at D.P.S.G International School, Dasna from 19th to 22nd August’16. The event witnessed the participation of 16 teams from Delhi/NCR. Both the teams of Ryan Ghaziabad gave a tough fight to the other teams exhibited their team spirit and sportsmanship. The U-16 Boys football team lifted the winners trophy by defeating Sun Valley School with 3-0 whereas Apoorv Kansal lifted the best player trophy and Ansh Malhotra secured the trophy for the best goal keeper. The U-14 Boys also bagged laurels for the school as they lifted the runner up trophy and the best player award was bagged by Anurag Tomar .          

48) Inter Ryan Kho-Kho Tournament

Ryan International School, Ghaziabad hosted the Inter Ryan Kho-Kho Tournament on 29th and 30th of January 2016 in the school playground.  The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of eight teams from the sister branches of Vasant Kunj, Noida, Gr. Noida, Faridabad, Rohini, Sohna Road and Gurgaon. In the Girls Category Ryan Ghaziabad lifted the winners trophy and Ryan Rohini took the runner up trophy and in boys category also Ryan Ghaziabad was the winner followed by Ryan Noida at the runner up position.

49) INTER RYAN ZONE II CARROM TOURNAMENT

  The U-16 and U-14 Boys Carrom team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated enthusiastically in the Zone II Carrom Tournament held at Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar on 1st of October 2016. There were 4 teams from sister branches participated in the tournament. Siddharth Chaudhary U-14 of Class VIII B and Kanishq Basoya U-16 of class XI D secured the second place in the tournament and brought glory to the name of the school.  

50) WINNER OF DISTRICT VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

The volleyball team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the District Volleyball Championship at Mahamaya Stadium from 14^th December to 15^thDecember, 2017. There were 4 teams who participated in the tournament enthusiastically. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and zeal and secured the second position which is a proud achievement. The Ryanites were felicitated with the certificates, medals and a trophy as a reward.

52) WINNER OF NATIONAL VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

The volley ball team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the National Volleyball Tournament at Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar from 26^th November to 30^th November, 2017. There were 48 teams who participated in the tournament enthusiastically. The Ryanites exhibited their team spirit and zeal and secured the first runner trophy which is indeed a proud achievement. The Ryanites were felicitated with the certificates, medals, trophy and kitbag for each player and for the coach as a reward.

53) RELIANCE FOOTBALL LEAGUE

  The U-16 Football team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the RELIANCE FOOTBALL LEAGUE held at different stadiums of Delhi from 26th September to 25th November, 2016 hosted by Reliance Foundation Youth Sports. A total of 396 teams participated in the tournament from Delhi/NCR region. It is a proud achievement for the school as our football team won Second Place in the tournament and received a cash prize of Rs 25,000. 54) Winner of 14th District Athletics Championship-2016

  Arpit Kaushik of class XI A participated in Athletics Championship Ghaziabad organized by District Athletics Association, Ghaziabad on 22nd of October 2016. He secured second position in 100m event in U-16 category. He received a medal and certificate for his excellent performance.

55) RYANITES WIN RELIANCE YOUTH SPORTS 2017

The football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Reliance Youth Sports 2017 Football tournament which was organized at Greater Noida Sports Complex, Delhi from 25^th of Septemberto 27^thof November 2017. There were 40 school teams from Delhi NCR who participated enthusiastically in the tournament. Ryan GZB team exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and emerged as the City  Runners 2017. They brought laurels to the school by securing the runners trophy in the tournament. The Ryanites were felicitated with certificates, medals and cash prize of Rs. 10,000/- which is indeed an honour for the school. The school Principal congratulated the winners for their laudable achievement.

56) Winners of Archery competition

      The Archery team of Ryan GZB participated in the Under 13 and U – 17 District level Archery competition organised by Teotia Archery academy,Muradnagar on 24 th of August 2016. The students showcased their talent and brought laurels to the school with their exemplary performance. In U- 17 category Abhinav kumar-XE secured the first Place , Aditya Kaul- XE bagged the third position whereas Sankalp singh-VII C secured the second position in U – 13.

57) GHAZIABAD DISTRICT U-17 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

The U-17 Boys Basketball team of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the Ghaziabad District U-17 Basketball Tournament from 28th to 31st May, 2017 at S.D. Inter College, Ghaziabad. Three students Anuj Gangwar of X D, Saksham Warudi of X D and Anshika Gupta of X D were selected to play for the State. The team brought laurels to school by winning the third place among 16 schools.

58) WINNERS OF ADIDAS PREMIER LEAGUE

The football team of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Adidas Premier League Football tournament which was organized at Adidas Base Delhi, Chattarpur from 1^st to 23^rd of November 2017. There were 10 teams from Delhi NCR who participated enthusiastically in the tournament. Ryan GZB team exhibited their sportsmanship and talent and emerged as the winners. The proud participants were Rajat Sharma of X E, Sourav Gupta of XI B, Om Sharma of X G, Vansh Jindal of X C, Vinay Prabhakar of XI A, Adeel Mirza of VIII A, Shrey Chaudhary of IX E, Naman Kaushik of IX C, Divyansh Singh of X A, Ronit Yadav of X E and Arjun Singh of X A. They brought laurels to the school by securing the winners trophy in the tournament. The Ryanites were felicitated with certificates, medals, Adidas sports shoes worth of Rs. 14,000/- each and the much coveted team trophy which is indeed an honour for the school. The school Principal felicitated the winners for the laudable achievement.

59) Interschool Friendly Match

    The young archers of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in the Inter School friendly match hosted by Gurukul-The School, Ghaziabad, on 23rd January, 2016. The students exhibited their Talent in archery and brought glory to the school. Aditya Kaul and Abhinav Kumar of class IX secured first prize and second prize respectively in Recurve Bow event. Ajay Aryan Tomar of class IX bagged second place in Indian Round Bow Boys whereas Shreya Sharma of class VI bagged third place in Indian Round Bow Girls. The school bagged the runner up position which was indeed a proud achievement of Ryan Ghaziabad.

60) Inter Ryan Badminton Tounament

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad brought laurels to the school by bagging gold medals and Overall Championship trophy in Inter Ryan Badminton Tournament.

61) J.B.M Inter School Football Tournament

  The students of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad participated in  Inter School Football Tournament organised by J.B.M Global School  and made a mark by bagging II position in the tournament

62) Winners of Aster football league

  The U -17 Football league of Ryan Ghaziabad participated in the Aster football league organized by Aster School, Greater Noida from 23rd July, 2016 to 3rd August, 2016. The Ryanites exhibited their sportsmanship and team spirit and bagged the runner up Trophy and a cash prize of 15,000 rupees which is indeed a proud achievement.
